Hello! This is Rizu, Sasuke's mun. Although I feel like I'm doing all right with his voice, I would love to hear input from you on how I'm playing him; if I'm doing well, if there are improvements that can be made, if I'm doing something he just plain wouldn't do, ect. and I would love to hear why as well! Even if 'no news is good news', I'd still like to know how I can improve. =)

[Funny, to think about how little has changed in the time that he's been gone.

Sasuke's frown seems to be a constant as he wanders around in his street clothes, his salary and new pokémon with him as he's nearing the end of his probation. It doesn't seem like any one in team rocket recognizes him, at least so far as he's aware. That's a blessing so far, though how he'll manage to use that or to get away remains to be seen.

It's obvious that he's pensive as he starts looking over some new clothing for anything that he might like, browsing through sportier stuff. His size has changed, so his current street clothes won't last him much longer. In fact, it's already kind of obvious that they're too small.

Even so, it's better than walking around in public in his new uniform. It's less conspicuous, and less likely to draw unwanted attention. Who knew if there was even anyone he previously knew then.]

This seems like the kind of place that doesn't change a lot with time. Anyone want to prove me wrong or is that pretty close to the truth?

[ The text has multiple purposes, though its main one is simply to gather information from sources not Team Rocket for the time being. He hasn't really spoken with anyone and has only done minor jobs around the area, but only because he wants to play things quietly until he's sure of where things stand. Another is to see who might recognize the name attached to the text - who of his allies and enemies still remain in the region. There's only one real way to find out. ]

A long time ago, great bird pokémon roosted atop the burned and tin towers. It seems to be the local lore around here, with them being tied to three great beasts who now roam the lands as well. Is there anything any of you might know about them?

Itachi Uchiha went home last night. If anyone has gotten any one of his pokémon, please contact Sasuke Uchiha about it.

[That’s all the text that goes on the network, and he can’t help sighing as he sends it. He doesn’t know what else to say about it, except... He’s never felt more alone in his life.

Which means there’s a sulking kid in Viridian City Pokémon Center, and otherwise his only communication is on the gear. Which really isn’t anything that new for Sasuke, but the reason is something more relatable this time at least.]

Scene 1

[Sometime early Saturday morning - before he gets captured by Bowser, thankfully - Sasuke is seen on camera fighting hand-to-hand with his Lucario. Or, at least it appears to be hand-to-hand until Sasuke blows a giant fireball at the pokémon, who retaliates with an Aura Sphere. The two attacks collide and explode in mid-air before they go at it hand to hand again. The demonstration of special techniques, weapons expertise (from Sasuke anyway) and martial arts goes on for at least ten minutes before Sasuke calls a stop to it silently, causing Lucario to stand tall and nod.

That's about when Sasuke grabs the camera, smirking just a little bit as he wipes the sweat from his brow. It's something he hasn't done in a long time, and he has to say that it feels good to have his chakra and his weapons back.]

I guess it's happened again, hasn't it.

Naruto, Sakura, Tenten, Obito, Shino. I want to fight with all of you. Come to the Lake of Rage as soon as you can.

Scene 2

[In and around Olivine City appears to be none other than Sasuke Uchiha, but something seems different. He's clearly older, taller, and smiling a lot more - more relaxed than his younger self. He has an Arcanine at his side - Yōgan, for those who know him - who seems to be perfectly at ease with the man beside him, having recognized him as his trainer.

When he walks by, he flashes a smile and gives a wave before approaching, fearless and easy-going as he does so.]

Scene 3

[Somewhere in the Ilex Forest, a little boy is running around. He seems frightened and alone, though there is a familiar Arcanine trailing behind him. The ninja animal - at least, that's what he thinks it is - seems to bring him comfort, but it doesn't change the fact that he's lost. He was just training with his big brother to perfect throwing kunai, but now he doesn't know where he is. It's dark, and it doesn't look like the Uchiha training grounds at all!

It's only when he spots someone that he runs up, almost in tears but trying his hardest to hold back. That's when he clears his throat, a little flushed before looking up and asking.]

Uh, hi. Do you know how I can get back to the Uchiha training grounds? I was training with my big brother but I lost sight of him and... Now I have this ninja animal with me, he came in this weird ball, but I still don't know how to get back. Can you help me?

[[OoC: SO, THREE CHOICES. Scene 1, this account will be answering as that is just regular Sasuke only enhanced with his chakra. Scenes 2 and 3 will be replied to with

worldscutestuchiha, for icons with both Flirtsuke (also known as Charasuke, an AU version of Sasuke from the latest Naruto movie) and seven-year-old Sasuke, who is from before the massacre. Just say who you want in the subject header!]]

[A beautiful view of a clear sky and a setting sun sinking below the trees is what greets the network first, followed gradually by water disturbed by the occasional Magikarp, Feebas, and Gyarados. Still it lowers, and when it does it shows a pale hand slipping two daisies into it before it withdrew and let them float away.

There's a sigh after, followed by the camera shifting and getting closer to the ground before it stops. Whoever's holding the gear is sitting on the bank by the lake for the time being, but still it never turns to the holder. Only the flowers floating away on the water and the darkening sky above was what it showed.

The sounds of the background music and wild pokémon in the area alike are picked up, but they seem to soften when the gear's holder finally speaks.]

When something happens - something awful - how do you know when it's time to let go of it, or if you should at all?

[It's hard for him to speak that, and something in his tone reflects the conflicted emotions behind his words. Even if he's had time to think, he still feels lost. Even if he's had time to learn more, it hasn't gotten any easier to accept. But what else can he do anymore? Even if he said he'd find his own path... Another part of him can't help but try to seek answers.]

[Sasuke's sitting on his bed when the video goes on, and he's holding an egg... With a Dratini hanging around his shoulders and looking at the camera?

Looks kind of small though. Maybe a baby Dratini? Whatever it is, it looks interested in the camera -- and said camera gets pulled away briefly before the focus returns to Sasuke, and in his free hand -- oh hey his cast is gone! -- He's holding up a silver ticket that a lot of trainers seem to have gotten...]

What's the point of going to a party like this or there being a party like this in the first place? It seems like a huge waste of time.

[Sasuke, in other words, is asking what's so special about Prom. Care to explain?]

[It's early in the morning when Sasuke is woken up by Sakura. He groans when he sees the cheerful Lucario greeting him, and when he's pulled along to see why...

Well, that makes his morning a whole lot worse.

A sigh leaves Sasuke before a video goes up on the network, revealing the tired boy (sans headband) in a closed, rather plain room with his happy Lucario leaning on his shoulders. Seems like the radio on his gear is tuned in to the 'Town Channel' to cover up whatever background music there is, too...]

I have a lot of eggs and am putting them up for sale. There's Zubat, Shinx, Emolga, Oshawott, Riolu, Treecko, Yanma, Feebas, Charmander, Buneary, Vulpix, Torchic, and Purrloin eggs. I can send them over the PC to you.

[Yeah he's incredibly tired right about now. Shutting off the feed on that note.]

[A tired and quite irritated Sasuke is the first thing that shows up on the gear, and in the background behind him is Obito, Tenten, and Evan. It's obvious that they're outside in Goldenrod City, and although Sasuke looks a little worse for wear he's much better than he was after the Valentine's Attack was done.

Even if he still has bandages over burns and puncture marks and his right arm is still in a cast.]

If I don't answer a message the first time, leaving twenty more isn't going to make me answer any faster. I just went through 174 messages on my gear.

[A heavy sigh, and he shakes his head.]

I was in Ilex forest trying to catch some pokémon. I wanted to do it alone. That's all there is to it.

[Shutting off the video, because irritation is at maximum. He's going to go ~~make Whitney cry~~ get the Plain Badge now, if only because he never wants to be made that weak and vulnerable ever again.]

mood: aggravated

[The gear turns on to find Sasuke walking through the warm and humid gym in Celadon City, with various grass types wandering around as the boy heads straight to the leader. Briefly it turns down to the top of someone's head, revealing black hair in neatly tied buns before it goes to one side, showing Obito waving and grinning at it. He gets a pleased cry in return before whoever is behind the gear tries to hold it steady on Sasuke.]

Leader Erika, right?

Hmm?

[She blinks up to Sasuke, startled out of a nap before covering her mouth to yawn politely.] Hello. Lovely afternoon... I'm sorry, I suppose I fell asleep. Yes, I'm Erika.

I challenge you to a battle.

Hm... I suppose that is why you would be here. I warn you now, challenger; I have been training myself not only on flower arrangement, but also in pokémon battles. I shall not lose.

[She gets to her feet then, smiling serenely at the ever-stoic Sasuke and only sparing the camera a glance before she lifts up her first pokéball.] Shall we?

[When Sasuke nods, the gym battle music starts up in full fanfare and Sasuke throws his first ball forward.] Ino!

( vs. Gym Leader Erika! )

[After the battle, with his pokémon in their balls and Sakura back on his head, with a grinning Obito, Tenten, and Joonhee shown briefly before the shining Rainbow Badge

is shown on the gear.]

[Sasuke is shown sitting near one of the windows of the training center, petting the head of a sleeping golden Charmander while another egg rests in his lap and his Riolu naps on his head. He spares the camera a glance, then looks up to the apparent 'camera man' before his eyes focus on the lens.]

The New Year is tomorrow. Is there any special holiday thing that everyone does for the New Year after Christmas is over?

[That's all he's bothering to ask before he takes the camera, and that's where the public feed ends.]

[Enjoy that threatening text, network. Blame the fact that he doesn't have the bastard's pokégear information for it being broadcast publicly, though. But anyone who's around Sasuke at the time will likely see it as the first explicit show of emotion from him since he arrived in Route.]

What happened this weekend?

[Sasuke is sitting on a bed, seemingly inside of a Pokemon Center and a little worse for wear. He seems physically fine at least, and the Luxio beneath his arm is purring and trying to distract him from making the video post. But Sasuke doesn't seem to let that deter him, glancing down at the post.]

There's a Koffing in my box I don't remember catching. And there are bits and pieces, but...

[A sigh and he shakes his head.]

... Does that happen a lot in this place, too?

[There was a Crobat flying around a boy frantically and a Luxio nuzzling at him to try and wake him when the pokégear broadcasts to the network. Once it's on, a Blaziken appears on screen and points him out, clearly distressed at the state of his trainer. It's not hard to see why, as Sasuke starts getting up and spares the gear a look. He's covered in burns and his clothes are slightly tattered, but that likely isn't the most jarring thing about him.]

[It doesn't take long for Sasuke to wobble over, his hand gripping tightly at his left shoulder the whole time while he does. He cuts the feed once he makes it to the camera.]

( ACTION! )

[Briefly, the network receives a transmission from Sasuke's pokégear. The feed shows a dark bedroom, a pokéball and a note on a bed as the sun starts to set, its light filtering in through the nearby window. The note on the bed reads 'To Sasuke', and when the gear drops it shows him just standing there.

It's like that for a good few minutes before the feed clicks off again.]

[Some time later, Sasuke decides to send out a quick text to the entire network. He does have something he has to say to the others he's travelling with later, but right now he wants to get this out first.]

Why do you battle your pokémon?

[He doesn't even know what to expect out of that question, only that he's probably going to get a lot of responses and he's probably not going to agree with all of them, or possibly any of them. But he's feeling lost, and maybe it'll help give him a clue. In the meantime, though, he has something else he wants to steel himself for.]

[The night before, Sasuke had left to try and catch some ghost pokémon on his own. When he came back, he was exhausted and immediately went to rest.

The next day, however, is going to be eventful in a way that may or may not have been expected, depending on who had been paying attention to the events of the past few days.]

HELLO, KANTO!

[There seems to be something different about Sasuke. Is it the fact that his voice is a little higher than usual? Or, is it that he's actually making a public post on the network that involves what seems to be interest to talk to people instead of a battle or evolution question about pokémon?

The most disturbing thing might be that big, genuine smile on his face, if only because of how out of place it is.]

I want to know what everyone's doing for Halloween! Any rockin' parties I should hit? I want to know now so I can get going on picking the best costume and be there in time for it! And, if any of you cute single trainer guys needs a date, I think I know a few girls who might be available~ ♥

( Some time later... (Action only) )

[It seems like Sasuke's packing up to go somewhere when the camera turns on. He frowns when he notices that someone's holding up his pokégear too, reaching to take it back and missing as the mysterious cameraman steps out of reach.] Knock it off. We can train later.

[A warble sounds and the boy sighs before he stops what he's doing - that is, packing away his other outfit into his bag - and reaches to take the camera again. There's a bit of time before he succeeds, sighing and frowning.] Hiruzen. We can train later.

[The pokémon makes another noise before appearing on camera, proving to be a Combusken, before Sasuke turns to the camera. It seems like he doesn't notice that said pokémon is starting to unpack his things behind him while he takes the opportunity to address a question to the network.]

Where do you find evolution information in the pokédex? I read somewhere that some pokémon evolve when they're affectionate enough towards their trainers, but that and leveling doesn't work for all of them. I'm looking for information about Scyther and Growlithe, as well as on Golbat to confirm something.

... Hiruzen! [Look at who just noticed his pokémon. The feed cuts out there.]
