Itachi Uchiha went home last night. If anyone has gotten any one of his pokémon, please contact Sasuke Uchiha about it.

[That’s all the text that goes on the network, and he can’t help sighing as he sends it. He doesn’t know what else to say about it, except... He’s never felt more alone in his life.

Which means there’s a sulking kid in Viridian City Pokémon Center, and otherwise his only communication is on the gear. Which really isn’t anything that new for Sasuke, but the reason is something more relatable this time at least.]

Because he knows Sasuke isn't going to want to talk about it, but perhaps in private there is at least a slither of a chance. Having just lost his Mother again, it may not be the same but he knows what it feels like to lose one of the people closest to you, ones that have gone back to nothing- only death.

[He doubted Sasuke wanted outright condolences or to speak at length about Itachi's disappearance, even if he'd posted on the network.

Still, Minato really was sorry to hear Itachi had left- he'd barely had a chance to talk to either of the brothers, considering the quiet distance Itachi had kept from them.]

[ Tsunade, at first, doesn't know what to think. She really wanted to talk with Itachi about the things he told Sasuke but WELP, now he's gone. Now she has to go and talk to Sasuke, which, unfortunately, is a prospect she is less than excited for. ]

I'm sorry. It seems Johto knows how to give us exactly what we want, but then takes it away. [ If this was the ninja world, reality would have broken right there at a Senju apologizing to an Uchiha, but, here, where Tsunade has a tentacool for a hat, it's surprisingly intact. ]
