[Sasuke's sitting on his bed when the video goes on, and he's holding an egg... With a Dratini hanging around his shoulders and looking at the camera?

Looks kind of small though. Maybe a baby Dratini? Whatever it is, it looks interested in the camera -- and said camera gets pulled away briefly before the focus returns to Sasuke, and in his free hand -- oh hey his cast is gone! -- He's holding up a silver ticket that a lot of trainers seem to have gotten...]

What's the point of going to a party like this or there being a party like this in the first place? It seems like a huge waste of time.

[Sasuke, in other words, is asking what's so special about Prom. Care to explain?]

Looking nice and having fun are great reasons to do something! All this traveling and battling means very little in the way of good elegant stuff in the right materials to just feel like a princess!

Plus, it can get you all sorts of neat information if you do it right.

Everyone's getting free transport so they can go there to meet their friends! Plus parties are fun!

Not surprised you don't find them interesting though.

The point of a party is supposed to be having fun, but it seems like this one is to show off. [a scoff.] Why else would they open the place up to the public all of a sudden?

C'mon, having fun is never a waste of time. At least, if you ask me it isn't.

Parties are held so that people can relax and have some fun. They're also good placed to meet new people and gather valuable information.

They say the Elite Whoever'll be there. They sound like the closest thing this place has to anybody in charge. If anybody's behind all this crap, it has to be them.

Is throwing a party so strange? I don't know why it's being hosted, but it's supposed to be in a usually unreachable part of the world, and likely has rarely seen Pokemon to go along with it.

Is that not reason enough?

The point is to have fun and meet new people, and meet some not so new people face to face! You've probably heard most of that a lot here, so... [One moment. Two.] The point is also not being stuck in one place with just all the same people around and -- Anyway, it won't hurt going there, right?
