DO YOU KNOW IF THE POKEMON WERE WORKING WITH TEAM ROCKET? I KNOW WILD POKEMON HAVE SWARMED CITIES BEFORE, BUT THAT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE A COINCIDENCE.
