10th Tomoe || Video, Action at Route 47, 4th Wall Event

[There was a Crobat flying around a boy frantically and a Luxio nuzzling at him to try and wake him when the pokégear broadcasts to the network. Once it's on, a Blaziken appears on screen and points him out, clearly distressed at the state of his trainer. It's not hard to see why, as Sasuke starts getting up and spares the gear a look. He's covered in burns and his clothes are slightly tattered, but that likely isn't the most jarring thing about him.]



[It doesn't take long for Sasuke to wobble over, his hand gripping tightly at his left shoulder the whole time while he does. He cuts the feed once he makes it to the camera.]

[ACTION!]

[He's breathing hard as he's just trying to keep going, stubbornly pushing his pokémon away from him at every turn. Those pokémon just continued to try and help him, or at least carry him, back to a town. Any town. They didn't know what to do when their trainer was like this, clearly in a lot of pain and weak. Why did he keep pushing them away?

He stops, nearly falling when someone appears in his path. Who, though?]

[Give him a moment, he isn't sure he was expecting that from you Sora. And you had to go and use the f-word to boot, Sasuke doesn't have those!]

A few seconds. Luna found an Abra that's okay with teleporting us.

[He nods, looking around for a moment.]

I'm near a cave and a waterfall... We just crossed a bridge while heading East.

[That's about all he gets out before the curse mark lets out a painful throb and he falls to his knees, breathing hard as he grips his shoulder again. But, something else shows up on camera; although it's slow, it looks like the black marks are starting to go towards his left shoulder, leaving more of his skin untouched.

Hiruzen, naturally, is even more visibly distressed and tries to see if his trainer is okay to stand or walk or something. He knows help is coming or he probably would have picked up Sasuke and started running down the path by then.]

[ that's enough to get Sora going. in about a minute, they flash to the route. Abra still lingering, Sora gets on his Rapidash and covers the remaining distance.

pretty easy to find Sasuke really. and the first thing that Sora does? that's a Cure spell coming from his lips and keyblade. ]

[beforethedarkness]

[The warmth of the spell somehow eases the fire that he's feeling going through him and he breathes out a sigh. His burns and cuts disappeared as well, and although it's not by much the mark is receding faster than it was.

Eventually it's enough for him to get to his feet, and it prompts the Blaziken into relaxing as well before he looks at Sora, a smile clear in his eyes.]

[ well that's good. no, really. it is. ]

What's that all about.

[He's quiet for a few long moments, debating on how much he can say. It's one thing to disclose everything to Neji, who would already know, but it's another to try and explain it to Sora. Sora, one of the people he's been travelling with, annoying and happy...

And someone who cares about him...

The thought is almost too much and he halts it there. He shakes his head, finally looking at Sora again and deciding just what he will and won't say then and there.]

It's a curse. I couldn't stop it from activating.

[ such a deep expression Sora has. he is clearly thinking. curse... those are bad things. but usually aren't princesses the cursed ones?

does a, uh. kiss break it?

probably not. ]

So how can we lift it?

We can't.

The person who sealed it before isn't here, and that seal has broken before.

Soooo we find a new seal. There are a lot of new people here so there's gotta be at least someone who can, right?

[beforethedarkness]

... Maybe.

[He's already run into Neji, Naruto and Sakura. Maybe they'd find Kakashi, too. He can feel the curse mark releasing its old on him more and more as he wasn't fighting anymore, and with a bit more effort he was able to finally fully suppress it again.

He still didn't have much chakra left, but it didn't feel like he was about to pass out anymore so that was a plus.]

Avoid Goldenrod, if you can.

Because of the turtle army?

[beforethedarkness]

The army's nothing.

... The leader is different. He has a kind of barrier that makes him invulnerable.

I think you're sort of underestimating me here.

[beforethedarkness]

I'm not.

My strongest attack only managed to push him back when it was able to pierce 'impenetrable' armor in my world.

[heartdive]

So where else would everyone be gathered up at?

[beforethedarkness]

I don't know.

Guess we're going to find out.

Are you okay to walk?

[beforethedarkness]

I'm good.

[Nodding, and the fact that his pokémon is no longer rushing to his side to keep him steady is helping his temper at least. It was definitely easier now that the curse mark had been forced back as much as it had.

It doesn't stop him from jolting and nearly losing his balance with the sudden weight of Hiruzen's hand on his head, ruffling his hair.]

Hiruzen!

[No matter how he tries, Sasuke doesn't manage to escape before his hair is thoroughly ruffled and messy. It's not helping that the Blaziken in question seems so amused with it either.]

[heartdive]

[ and over here? Sora is grinning. SUPER GRIN. ]

I think he's happy you're okay.

[beforethedarkness]

[Sora gets a grumpy huff for his super grin, but that only lasts a moment as Sasuke pockets his hands and glances to the ocean.]

Not exactly. I've still exhausted my chakra. I can't fight with all my strength without activating the curse mark again.

[heartdive]

I could try another cure spell?

[beforethedarkness]

It didn't work the first time. Why would it work now?

[heartdive]

Because now the curse thingie won't be in the way?
