My starter is at level 15. [+ a newly hatched Trapinch. That's it. At the moment, Yumi could easily defeat him from sheer numbers alone. Good thing she's accompanying him at... least?]

Go back to Celadon when you can to train. Naruto thinks he's strong enough to move ahead but he's not - especially since you two started at the same time.

It's... Not easy to take on Team Rocket, even when you do have pokémon that are as strong as they can be.
