[It's early in the morning when Sasuke is woken up by Sakura. He groans when he sees the cheerful Lucario greeting him, and when he's pulled along to see why...

Well, that makes his morning a whole lot worse.

A sigh leaves Sasuke before a video goes up on the network, revealing the tired boy (sans headband) in a closed, rather plain room with his happy Lucario leaning on his shoulders. Seems like the radio on his gear is tuned in to the 'Town Channel' to cover up whatever background music there is, too...]

I have a lot of eggs and am putting them up for sale. There's Zubat, Shinx, Emolga, Oshawott, Riolu, Treecko, Yanma, Feebas, Charmander, Buneary, Vulpix, Torchic, and Purrloin eggs. I can send them over the PC to you.

[Yeah he's incredibly tired right about now. Shutting off the feed on that note.]

Yanma's new -- I only caught her a few days ago. I can't tell you much yet because I don't know.

Kusanagi's always been really into battling. Give him the means to care for his exoskeleton and he usually takes care of it himself, though he'll occasionally need help for his back and wings.

A Scyther won't evolve into Scizor unless you help it do it, though. It needs to be holding an item called 'Metal Coat' and you trade it over to another trainer while it's doing that. It doesn't have to last very long; just handing the pokéball over to someone else for about five seconds triggers it. Scyther is a much faster pokémon than Scizor, but Scizor is much more defensive and is physically stronger than Scyther.

As a whole I've seen that they're really battle oriented.

I work, then I buy eggs with that money. It seemed like the best way to succeed here, was to base it off what I already know.

Of course! I train them off each other, or we work together. I try to get in individual time with everyone, especially when they're young, but a lot of times I'll pair like types together and see what they come up with.

Since for me, I want to beat Gym leaders so I can fight you evenly, but I'm also more concerned about if we'll be able to protect each other in actual combat, too.

[Watching that with an expression that goes from curious to unamused, before she shifts the egg again and raises two fingers to her lips to whistle sharply. There's a bark from downstairs, then the clattering of claws on the steps themselves, before Sen bounds into the room like the bouncy ball of blue fur he still is most days. Will Sakura take a playmate in exchange for her trainer?]

[As always, he's listening carefully to the other. Although the Pokedex is handy, it doesn't not give much insight into each one's effectiveness or shortcomings. It isn't comparable to first-hand experience, and Sasuke seems to have been here far longer than he has. Looks like he'll have to find out about the Yanma himself. And look into procuring one of those 'Metal Coats' sometime.]

I ask because there is an empty place on my team, and a Scizor would fit the role. [Shino figured he should at least offer a reason why. There's always a reason. It's a very good reason, too. Ninja bugs? Hell yeah.] ... Thank you, Sasuke.

[She's on alert at the other Riolu, blinking a few times before contemplating the situation.

It doesn't take her too long to leap at Sen, barking happily and making to play almost immediately. And, at last, giving Sasuke a bit of relief before he made to actually grab an egg where he could. It would be two, but he wasn't about to risk that with his grip as shaky as it is.]

[He nods, and at last he stops seeming skeptical and more... Serious.]

[He keeps staring, unsure of how to take that bit of news. How? And... If that was true, why did everyone treat him like they did?]

Be careful if you use it. Scizor's typing helps it resist a lot of different types, but it's weaker than a normal bug type to fire because of its steel typing. That's its only weakness though.

[Kick ass ninja bugs for the win, man. Also he's just not responding to that gratitude because he really doesn't know how to take it. He already had enough problems accepting it from Tenten.]

[Yay playmate! Sen should be able to keep her busy for a good while, rolling and bouncing and barking and just being an overgrown puppy. Lightning, on the other hand, will be following Sasuke down and putting herself between him and the room they just left. No need to give Sakura incredibly easy access, after all.]

Finding an effective counter to fire types will be among one of my priorities then.

[STARING DOWN AT TRAPINCH AGAIN. Surprisingly, Shino's current team (grand total of two...) doesn't have that type weakness at all. The antlion gnawing on his clothing may just save his poor bugs from perishing in a fire.
