Though, if you ask me... I think Miss Farron didn't tell you to retreat because she doesn't trust you. She just didn't want to take the risk that you'd get more injured because you had just finished a gym battle and are still recovering from the last time. I mean, if I would be a leader type like she is, I'd be worried about my comrades health above all else.
