Steel types have high physical defense. Focus on strong special type moves, preferably fire. She has a Skarmory, Steelix, and Magneton -- Use water type moves on Steelix if you can instead of fire but be careful of Magneton as it's part electric type.

He's also a huge thief along with Tora. D'ya remember Tora? That stupid cat from back when we first became genin?
